Our office policy is that we require payment at the time the services are rendered. In some cases, for larger surgical cases, payment may be required in advance of the surgery date. We do accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer Care Credit financing. If your insurance covers the surgical procedure, we will be happy to submit the insurance on your behalf. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage and we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please remember, however, that you are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage or payment.
