Laser Hair Removal

This unique design, longer laser wavelength and innovative cooling design allows safe, gentle and effective results. Women can now eliminate unwanted hair on bikini lines, legs and underarms. Men can remove unwanted hair on the chest and back. Most areas require 3-6 treatments 4-6 weeks apart. CoolGlide™ systems work by disabling the hair that is in the active growth phase at the time of treatment. Since other hair will enter the active growth phase at different times, additional treatments are necessary to disable all of the hair follicles in a given area. No local anesthesia or pain medication is typically required, however some patients may prefer to use a topical anesthetic when sensitive areas are treated.

Laser Vien Therapy

Laser Vein Therapy for the Face and Body to treat a broad range of visible blood vessels from tiny spider veins or “telangiectasias” to deep blue reticular veins quickly, safely and effectively in all skin types. Patients with port wine stains and other vascular lesions respond well to Coolglide Vein Therapy usually with just one treatment. The CoolGlide system delivers pulses of light energy, which cause the blood within the vein to coagulate, eventually destroying the vessel, which is later absorbed by your body. Blood flow will then be redirected to veins deeper below your skin’s surface, just where it should be. Patients normally resume routine activities immediately. However, it is recommended that you avoid vigorous activities such as strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours after treatment. Patients often find that 1-2 treatments are sufficient. However, the number of treatments necessary depends on the number, color, and size of the vessels being treated. The majority of patients see significant improvement within 2-6 weeks of treatment. However, your final result may not be apparent for several months.

Laser Genesis Facial

The Laser Genesis Facial procedure effectively treats scars, reduces pore size and diffuse redness. Diffuse redness is caused by dilated capillaries and is often associated with a condition called Rosacea. The most commonly affected areas are the nose, forehead and cheeks. Laser Genesis is a comfortable non-ablative, non-invasive form of skin therapy for Rosacea. Noticeable results are usually seen after each treatment, which gently heats the surface of the dermis stimulating collagen regeneration. You will experience a gentle warming of your skin’s surface during the procedure as the laser handpiece is moved back and forth above your skin. Topical Anesthetics and gels are not needed. You can immediately return to normal activities, utilizing sunscreen when outdoors. Individual treatment results are subtle, yet multiple treatments can be quite dramatic. Treatment intervals of 2-4 weeks are commonly used for a total of 4-6 treatments.
