Introduction Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 5 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training after medical and dental School. As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Guyette manages a wide variety of problems relating to the Mouth, Teeth and Facial Regions. He practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from Cosmetic Facial Surgery to Corrective Jaw Surgery, Dental Implant Placement and Wisdom Tooth Removal. Dr. Guyette is both a physician as well as a dentist, having graduated with high honors from both the University of Alabama School of Medicine and the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. He has dedicated his career to mastering the best techniques available to treat functional and esthetic problems of the face and mouth. Dr. Guyette's staff is trained in assisting with IV Sedation within both of our state of the art office settings. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. In addition, General Anesthesia provided by a board certified Anesthesiologist is available within our facility.
