This is a 78-year-old female who came to see for evaluation of treatment options for multiple missing and several broken teeth in the upper and lower arch of her mouth. After taking X-rays and a CT scan, it was determined that her teeth could not be saved and all were removed. The patient elected to have all-on-4 dental implants and is very happy with the results.
