This is a 56-year-old female who fractured a lower molar over a year ago. Having already had one implant placed and it starting to cause pain, the patient spoke with , and they opted to remove the implant and have a new one placed. The patient required bone grafting material to help the healing, and after three months, they placed the permanent dental implant at the site of the fractured tooth.
