Dental Implant Before/After Photo

This 62 year old male from Scottsdale, AZ was referred to by his dentist for extraction of a front tooth. removed the tooth, added some bone grafting material, and placed a dental implant.  The patient elected to have the procedure using nitrous oxide with local anesthetic. The patient returned to two days later to have a temporary crown placed over the implant. This temporary crown will stay in place for 3 -4 months, at which time he will return to his dentist for placement of the final crown. This way the patient left the office with his front tooth in place.
