This is a 35-year-old female who wanted to discuss options for improving the appearance of her nose after she fractured it in college. After experiencing breathing issues at night, evaluated the patient and discovered she had a deviated septum, boney prominence, and the nostrils were not symmetric. recommended a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty, and she is pleased with the results following surgery.
